Basket with sweetgrass and black ash splints

Description
Lovely basket withgreen black ash splints and sweet grass. It is 2″ H and 3.5″ diameter. There are splints broken on the top and no other damage. It is either Iroquois or Abenaki made in the 1940s to 1970s. There is a lot of sweet grass in this basket and it is tightly woven. Not many of these are made any more.
