Handmade Porcupine Quill Hatband – teal & yellow with white beading

Description

Porcupine quilled hatband with teal & yellow with white designs (beading), and red stripes. It is 3/4″ wide and 19.5″ length. The leather ties are approximately 8″. This band is  lined with light leather. Porcupine quill work is a traditional Native American decorative technique. Individual porcupine quills are cleaned, dyed, flattened, and hand sewn into one another and wrapped on leather.
