Kachina dolls represent spirits of the Hopi people. Hemis is one of the best known Kachins/Katsina dolls. He dances for hope, prosperity, and abundance. He can help improve luck and the blessing of rain and a positive mindset. This Kachina was signed by Jacida L (Navajo) and is numbered 617834. It is 14″ high x 9.5″ across x 4″ wide. The doll has a hand painted wooden face, body, and black leather apron. It has dyed white and black imitation eagle feathers and rabbit fur.
