Black Knife Sheath – handmade – with Porcupine Quillwork

Description

The design of this beautiful knife sheath travels from the lower to upper portion of the sheath. The sheath is 13 inches long and 2.5″ wide. No knife is included.

The flowers and leaves on the quillwork is very detailed. It is It is done by a full Mayan Indigenous artist using old style designs of the Wôbanaki, Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee peoples. We provided the designs. The knowledge of how to do this embroidery is the same technique carried on traditionally for some Mayan artists.
