This fancy basket has red curled black ash splints and plenty of sweetgrass. It is 2.5″D x 3″H. It is from the Saginaw Chippewa Nation, at the Isabella Reservation in central Michigan. This handmade basket is well-made and is a great example of woodland style fancy basket.
